Return Policy
ALL Personalized and Customized orders are Final Sale. No refunds can be issued on personalized or customized items.
If you receive an item that is not as you ordered (our mistake), please email info@creativeworkofheart.com and we will make a new one and will ship at no additional cost.
If we receive an order with incorrect information and the order is filled and shipped, customer will be responsible to cover new items plus additional shipping cost.
Our ultimate goal is to ensure that our clients are always happy with their jewelry. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, please email info@creativeworkofheart.com within 3 days of receiving the order and we will offer a full refund (minus shipping and handling fee) after we have received the item in good condition. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
