I order this for my daughter’s baby shower. I placed the order October 31 - shipped November 15 received December 3 - after the baby shower. It stated priority mail on my order. The box was mangled, not taped closed. The item was broken. I reached out a couple of times due to seeing the item is sitting in the post office - not moving. So disappointed.

We are so sorry you were left disappointed. However, we can't control what happens with our items once they reach the post office. I do remember calling the post and diligently tracking the item on our end once you reached out. You were also given a full refund for the item. Again, we are so sorry this happened to you.
