Ordered a nice cup but unfortunately the lid arrived all smashed up and is garbage. The cup itself looks good. I did send a message to the seller a few days ago to let them know but so far they have failed to respond which is disappointing for sure.

HI Tim! I am so sorry this happened to you. I received a message from you via the chat feature after 9pm Monday. I replied at 4am on Tuesday morning. These messages tend to go to your email and may be sitting in junk. I saw your review and immediately reached out via text(2nd attempt) and haven't heard back. My replies were offering solutions. It's a little unfair to give me this review without giving me at least 24 hours to make the situation right. Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to items in transit. This is now my 3rd attempt to reach out via this reply.

Only the straw was damaged by delivery but thats ok for thousends of kilometers to germany
